•Increase onsite and remote access to Library collections through

Planning
•Complete a thorough use analysis of existing Library facilities
in Teton County and develop a long-term facilities master plan that will
be incorporated into the County's Capital Improvements Plan. Objectives
•Employ a practical, collaborative, ongoing planning process that
is responsive to Library personnel and our community.
Personnel
•Be a model work environment that attracts supports and retains quality
personnel within the context of Teton County policies.
Technology
•Provide a balance of traditional and emerging technologies to meet
the needs of all members of our community. In progress,

•Strengthen operational efficiency and effectiveness through the

Support & Contributions
•Enhance public support and private contributions by communicating
the value of the Library, its services and programs, as well as its financial
requirements.
